If you need assistance with an order placed through Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat app, we advise you contact them directly, as they were the ones managing your order. (Because of GDPR rules, we have no visibility on your personal data, order details or payment methods).

  • If you think that you are missing an item, please start by double-checking the bottom of your bag and your receipt. If your order is, in fact, incomplete, please report the issue via the app with your order number, details and a picture of what you received.

  • If you think that you received the wrong item, please double-check your order confirmation to check what you ordered. If you have not received the correct item, please report the issue via the app with your order number, details and a picture of what you received.

For a refund, please contact Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat via the app with your order number, your details and information about your request.
