Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it is sent to the kitchens and cannot be changed. However, if the order is not ready, you can request a cancellation via the Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat app. (Because of GDPR rules, we have no visibility on your personal data, order details or payment methods).
