Having trouble with a promo code? Don’t worry, we have some tips for you:
Make sure the code is entered correctly: Codes are cAsE sensitive so, please ensure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the promo code, and include any hyphens (-) , capitals or numbers.
Make sure the promo code is still valid: The expiry date will be shown on your voucher or the email.
Double check if you’ve already used the code: Our promo codes can only be used once (unless mentioned) so if you’ve already used the code, then it won’t work again. Sorry.
Avoid copying and pasting codes: We recommend you type the promo code manually into the correct field rather than copying and pasting.
